FAQ How Are Hugitz Made? Each Hugitz is handmade by our designers using the finest craftsmanship. We use the finest crystals (primarily Swarovski), along with sterling silver charms and ultra-suede cording.  There are currently 16 designs available with more on the way.  We are including a more extensive couture line with fine fur skins. How To Care For Your Hugitz Due to the high quality of each design, you need to handle with the same gentle care as you would any fine piece of jewelry.  Always use your cord lock to loosen the Hugitz before taking the boot on and off your foot.  You can store your Hugitz in the Hugitz embossed suede pouch included with each purchase. Don't be fooled by cheap imitations.  Authentic Hugitz are recognizable by the Hugitz tag on each piece of jewelry.  If yours doesn't have it, return it where you bought it and make sure you buy the original from us.  Additionally, all Hugitz pieces come with a embossed suede burgundy Hugitz pouch. When Can I Expect My Order To Be Shipped? All orders can usually be shipped by the next business day if ordered by 12pm EST.  Any orders placed later will be delayed by an additional day.  There are no shipments on Sundays.  While we will take every necessary step to ensure the timely shipment of orders, due to the detail involved in the design of each Hugitz, we cannot guarantee that orders won't be delayed. Return Policy All merchandise is returnable for a full refund within 7 days from date of UPS delivery.  Must be returned in the original Hugitz suede pouch and in its original condition.  Shipping costs for returned merchandise are not refundable and the cost of shipping the merchandise back to Huggalicious is the responsibility of the customer.
